I was playing around with my 180 palette the other day and I decided to make use of some really pretty shimmer sea foam green colours and I really love how this looks and it’s incredibly easy so anyone could recreate this look! I just applied a gorgeous shimmery green all over the lid and crease area then applied a slightly moreblueshadow as exagerated cat-eyeliner and blended really well :)
Something like this would look beautiful with false lashes but for me I thought my natural ones would do as the colours really are the focal point of this look and I didn’t want anything to distract from them :) Hope you’ve enjoyed!! x (This is another quick little post, but I've got some longer ones coming up - do you prefer these short ones or my longer ones? or a mixture of both?)
Colour Blocking was all over the catwalks this season and I love how it looks and the other day while thinking about what to wear I decided to do my own version of colour blocking on my eyes :)I went for a bright blue (Urban Decay's Peace) all over the lid and tried to create a very definite and sharp eye shape with a bright pink (Barry M's 85 - Neon Pink) all around the edges.

When I did my abstract nails the other day I was really in the mood for bright colours and that’s what prompted this little look – I also realised I’d never done a bright green make up look! I decided after finishing this look that I wanted to add some crazy long, exaggerated false lashes! I never wear false lashes but I just felt this look could deal with them and I love them :) I always went for very strong, thick black eyeliner just because for some reason I always think green can lack definition and on the few occasions I wear it I feel like I need something strong to balance it out!
Bright colours have been all over the catwalk this season and I really wanted to do a pretty colourful look the other day when the sun was shining so this is what I came up with :)When I did this I wasn’t expecting this to be wearable it was done to be a little bit editorial. But once I did this it was actually really pretty and kind of wearable, I’d definitely wear this with the colours a little bit more muted!Hope you like it!! x

I wasn’t planning on posting any more EOTD or FOTD unless I was going out or decided to do something a little bit different but a friend actually commented on this look so when I got home I decided to take a few pictures for you :) I used.. Mac Honey Lust (I used this little eyeshadow trick) all over the lid Urban decay Honey in the centre of the lid for some dimension Urban decay Twice Baked and Shag through the crease And as always Urban Decay Yeyo as a highlight!
For eyeliner I used my Bobbi brown gel liner in black (I can’t say enough good things about this!) Rimmel’s sexy curves mascara :) (I didn't do anything with my brows, I just left them natural)
If you’re curious about what I wore this with well.. I wore Clinique redness solutions foundation 01 Diorskin sculpt concealer 01 Benefit sugarbomb blush Prestige 03 pure shimmer highlighter & I just put some burts bees lip balm on my lips. Hope you’ve enjoyed!! x
